User Provided Information. The Website and Application obtains the information you provide when creating an Account using your Facebook Social Login, phone number, email address or manual registration form. Registration with us is mandatory in order to be able to access the games, contests, leaderboards, giveaways and member-only features.
When you register with us and use the Website and Application, you generally provide: (a) your name, email address, password and other registration information, including Facebook information that would help us identify your gender, location, etc. We may also use the information you provided us to contact your from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
Automatically Collect Information. In addition, the Website and Application may collect certain information automatically, such as the type of device you use, IP address, operating system, Internet browser, location, and information related to how you use the Website and Application. See "Automatic Data Collection and Advertising" section for examples.
We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

Automatic Data Collection and Advertising
We may work with analytics companies to help us understand how the Website and Application is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. We work with advertisers and third party advertising networks, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in the Website and Application which helps us keep the cost of the Website and Application free. Advertisers and advertising networks use some of the information collected by the Website and Application. To protect the anonymity of this information, we use an encryption technology to help ensure that these third parties can't identify you personally. These third parties may also obtain anonymous information about other Website and Applications you've visited, your non-precise location information (e.g., your zip code), and other non-precise information in order to help analyze and serve anonymous targeted advertising on the Website and Application and elsewhere. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at email@example.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Website and Application. Your California Privacy Rights. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents who have provided personal information to us or our third party advertisers and marketing partners, if any, to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We will need your first and last name, mailing address and email address in order to process your request. Within thirty days of receiving such a request, we will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, if any, along with the names and addresses of these third parties, if any. Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the requirements of Section 1798.83 and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response.
